#28	Griffin Best In Country June 17 at 8:47pm Following this meet he went to the National AAU Championships held at Univ of Tenn. He broke the national record for the 400M hurdles. Second fastest time ever run by a kid under 21 (Griffin is 17 years old). He graduated early from Cove HS in Dec 07, enrolled at Baylor and won the Big12 400M and Regional 400M. Placed third at the NCAA's, earning All-American. Was sixth in Olympic trials. reply

#15	DawgDave June 3, 2007 at 4:44pm Jeff Smith says he's winning it next year! He probably will. Robert Griffin is only a junior but will most likely graduate in December so he can enroll in college for the Spring 08 semester and take spring football practice. The Killeen Daily Herald ran an article a couple of weeks ago about a Killeen Ellison High grad who is now at Texas Tech on a track scholarship and is their hurdler. It went on to say how he has the fastest time in college this year in the 300M hurdles. Griffin runs it faster!! reply
