Ok I was in this race and anyone who says a steeplechaser has no b'lls should consider giving it a try. When they beat christian or any of the other top runners in the state, then they can talk about others. props to christian, ryan and everyone else in the race, it was a nice hot day to race.

Well, i've watched christian run and he's not a chicken holds a very similar pace all the way through and kicks at the end. In sectionals and other smaller race he leads from the get go but he's not a fast starter it's not his style. Were as it was the other two runners style just cause your not leading doesn't mean your losing. You would know that if you knew anything about running

Ryan will win the 2k at nat'l he came through the 2k enroute to the 3k here in about 605 he will bust out a 550 for nat's

I'm pretty sure that if he were a chicken he wouldn't have tried to chase someone down that was 50 meters ahead with one lap to go. Think about it, people.
