Shalane, you're helping in putting American Distance running on the map by challenging the Africans. A little more speed work and you're there. You got the aggressive mind. Don't know if your coach makes you do long hill sprints (2-300m) at altitude. Keep it up! Look forward to seeing you on the podium in Osaka.

you can see she's confident. jsut wish someone would find out what sort of core workouts she's doing. not sure she's committed to getting the times she mentions: she looked a shade cautious which is reasonable
