Great candid interview by AJ.
He spells it all out in a classy manner, noting the extra year of experience that he has with "sit and kick" type races that one sees so much of in D-1. If some of you people were to take your "bashing" goggles off for a moment and just listen, you might learn something. Props to both AJ and Centro. Nice race guys!

acosta has ran a 3 42 this in the 1500, centro would not be able to do that, and i do not see him doing that next year.
