Nelson, one of the best distance runner out there along with Chris Solinksy and Matt Tegenkamp, but is underrated.

Look at Simon's face when the interviewer says "is this the year your going to run fast on the track", like his 28:04 a couple years back wasn't fast enough. Simon looks startled by that comment.
