Ritz did run well in Norwich. I couldn't be more convinced that he will run lights out in Heusden: 13:0x.

the altitude is not a problem, as much as the weather was disgusting, wet, windy and COLD!

I think you're wrong. He certainly wasn't gloating about his race. he admitted that it didn't feel great and that he hoped to run faster. Ritz will run much quicker (as will Teg obviously) when they have good conditions @ Sea level.
