Asmeron is really tough. And like he said,150 miles ain't nothing if you don't have your mind right.I see a sub 13mins in him,with the coach he has plus his state of mind he will be okay.

That's what we need out there, guys like this with their own standards. Awesome listening to this guy talk. Someone like that deserves the times they run. It's satisfying watching someone with that outlook succeeding. Way to be man, way to be!

Bolota Asmerom (J. Eugene McAteer High School, San Francisco) placed seventh in the 1996 California State Meet 3200 meters in 9:20.76.

All too often, people think that it is taboo to talk about being in a mental slump. I'm glad that some elites are starting to open up and talk about the mind game, because it is something we can all learn from. Thanks Bolota!
