guys relax. He's been out of the NCAA system for less than a year and he's still really really young. If everyone in every race went for a win there would be a lot less PR's and a lot more unfinished races. Give him a year or two before he starts worrying about getting World medals, he is still just a kid and I don't think he is ready for that yet and maybe he sees it the same way. He's doing his thing a lot better than any of you or I did so if going for PR's is what he's got to do right now than let him do it.

its not like he has any bitterness towards his teamates... thats just how he makes sure he is running his best. we all gotta do what we all gotta do. good job aaron. knock out a few more pr's so we can watch some more entertaining videos of you.

I agree with anon... he's worried about beating his teamates rather than focusing on getting through the rounds and medalling... PR's are great... but you can't physically hang a PR around your neck...
