Griak The 2007 Roy Griak Invitational featured another great year of racing as well as the same challenging course and great weather. This year the meet featured a race just for Division 3 competition but still had 34 teams. The focus for the UW-La Crosse men’s team was to race as a pack through at least 4-k and then finish as hard as possible.

Seth Webinger is red shirting this season at UW Lacrosse so he decided to chronicle his team's 2007 XC season and we are excited to show his vids. We will have a couple other teams doing the same thing and I encourage anyone and everyone to do pick up a camera. If you are red shirting, a team manager, a runner who is good with a camera, or just like to video, go ahead and contact us if you want to have your shows on Flotrack.
