its difficult to stay focused in such harsh tough conditions, and when training alone. True grit and determination from a dedicated runner- an inspiration to other runners trying to reach their goals and ambitions- well done and keep enduring the pain! its the only path to success and winning afraid in distance running!

Good Work - Thanks, if I knew the mile splits I definitely would've posted it up. However he was also running it solely base off of time and I mapped it afterward so that was the dilemma to not getting splits up.

Rob - He was running around his home up in the mountains. It's nice because there are not a lot of cars so it's very tranquil there. There are also numerous trails up there over a hundred miles of trail.

Max - The scenery are even better when you experience it in person. I am not sure exactly what his pace was. His run was mainly based off of effort.
Vaughn Fan - Yes. He is now under Coach Greg Weich.

It was great to see Brents back on his grind. He went back to his high school coach correct?
