"The Machine 1.1" Workout: Aerobic Work WU
March 24, 2009Great Warm-Up (WU) for aerobic track workouts, yet it's a difficult WU and would be inappropriate for a race-day. This came after the LM and LL and after an easy 30 minute run. This was the first time she did this warm=up, though she had done ever exercise in the warm-up in the past.
