Nice video, Justin. Great event put on by Mr. Schrader and his colleagues. Everyone was there because they love racing and competition. Seeing so many young men in this heat finish below 4:20 was a true pleasure to watch.

Yeah, stole it from the guys below me. Best seat for sure. I had this unexplainable to urge to just start a conversation with the leader. Kind of like NFL films when they mic up the football players so you can hear them say bad words. I wanted to know what these guys were thinking. I ran the heat just before them. I'm sure we all are thinking the same thing. Ouch, run faster, Ouch, run faster, Ouch, RUN FASTER!

May 9, 2009 Chris hosted his Second of an annual series of mile races that he will hold at Williamson County Regional Park. This was a very exciting event and we all hope that the turn out for the upcoming Schrader Mile Summer Series is just as bold and entertaining. Thx Chris and Thx RunTex for helping sponsor.
