i ended up loosing this race because I came into it with a stomach problem/flu and I ended up cramping up really bad in my intestines and I was close to throwing up. i can say that this is my biggest loss. I do negative halfs and well it did not work out so well. The guy that caught me is Austin High from Chesnee, a great runner and guy that went on to get #2 in the state for the 1600m, he won region credentials as well. This was my event this year and as i only did 5 speedworkouts other than races the whole entire season I had no kick or ability in the 1600m but my distance runs did well for me, I ran 10:27 for this race with a 10:16 at spartanburg county as my best time. This is how I like to do it ( the early part of the video) This is the first half, funny commentations are made by my dad. He went to most of my races. Thanks for recording.
