Yeah Thanks if its onest! We get usual tu work hard push beyong limits,a most to succed in all sports! i planing all thw workout very intelligntly, we Does some training like Hight Volume and low intensy or some Hight Intensy and low volume. All Macrocyle Are nicly Programed in the gym and on track and i m still a teenege without real coaching diplom or level 1 too 3 but who got a lot of good books have mind and expérience with some outdoors coaching.
