Running like this in a windy race, this guy can definitely run sub 13 on ideal conditions. He will just have to run with his heart since he seems to be fit as hel!

I don't think he is over confident at all. He just ran 13:07 on a windy day, give the guy a break he should have a little confidence to his step.

Best part is when she says something along the lines of... "you are American so you think there are no limits therefore you will be going for a medal correct?" Is that not somewhat racist? lol.
