uh...no...you clearly don't know how to train for cross country. the only issues i have with this workout is 1) its probably a bit to early for this kind of stuff and 2) it would be more beneficial on a cross country surface. But to say its way too short for cross is absurd and makes you look pretty dumb.
if you are training for xc this is the dumbest workout ever. a 10 miler would have been more productive, or maybe 3 by the mile. way too short of a distance for xc. track should be used during track and so should 400s
