Tonnie Dirks 7x Dutch national XC champ, 29 at Worlds

Tonnie Dirks, nicknamed King of Cross in the Netherlands, is a 7 time national champion. He won his titels in Amsterdam 1986, Zeeland/Uden 1987, Landgraaf 1988, Deurne 1990/1991, Utrecht 1992 and Wieringermeer 1994. At the World XC Championships in 1992 he finished at the 29th place. On of the best Dutch performances ever at the World stage. Credits to Erik Jans for his help with this video.
