Though time has passed, We still think of Ryan Shay. We have not forgotten. He still inspires us to work hard in what we love to do which is run. Thank you for sharing this video.

Here's another side to Ryan. It's frustrating when you get to watch your little brother grow for 28 years and then die. I'm gonna vent a little with the running community. I hope you understand.
