Pete Gilmore Work Out
December 21, 2007I previously submitted this to flotrack a few months back before the Olympic Trials Marathon. It's a Peter Gilmore work out at Crystal Springs (just south of San Francisco) where he runs a 10 mile tempo alternating pace between each 800 from 2:25 to 2:35. Enjoy.
