Kick-off indoor season
December 22, 2007I run 4.02,23. A little bit dissapointing, but without specific training. It's around 0degrees celsius here in the Netherlands. Couldn't do a track session this week because the track was covered with ice (so only training on the road). I hope to do better at 6january in Dortmund, Germany. I'm planning to do a little more speed workouts. Times of this race: 48,5-32.6-32.0-33.3-32.5-31.3 = 4.02,23. I got 6th, but first under 20years(I'm 17). I'm running with the black shorts and white with gray singlet. I'm now running for Boise State University starting at the fall of 2008
