Intro to D3 and WPI and me
January 20, 2008For the 2008 track season I'm planning to run a sub 33:00 10000 meter to qualify for ECACs and a good 5k to get to ECACs as well. Along the way I plan to tape this so that people can see a little bit of what it takes.
