Thanks yup, hope 4;00min barrier will be broken soon and whoever does that in that track is man and half.

Its just a matter of there being a good rabbit for the first 800m. He ran 4:06 last year by himself. I want to say 2nd was 4:26 or something like that.

Oh later in the night he ran 8:13 3k, lead the whole way again

Do you think 4;00 barrier can be broken in that track?I think Lagat could have gone faster than that, i hope he will ran track vs road.

Yeah, It was actually just supposed to be a indoor football field and then they decided to put a track on the top level.. There is a weight room under the bleachers, and under where I was standing there is bating cages for the baseball and softball team. Its a good track just very differnt from what anyone has really seen. I heard a rumor that there is one like it in Iowa or Illinos or something like that. The entire building is air compressed so it is really thin air and burns your lungs pretty bad on anything shorter than a mile. You pretty much cough the rest of the day after you run in there.

That is a bizarre track. Running behind the bleachers? Obviously, it's a multipurpose building.

Haron Lagat Runs 4:06 almost breaking his own facility record. Went out in 66 quarter ran the last 3/4 of a mile in 3 flat
