#6 | umm, in response to trackman's comment, one must not forget steve ovett, Pre, or Haile Gerbriellesse (who owns i don't know how many world records in i don't know how many distances) I think that alan webb is actually kind of a jerk. if you need some evidence of this, check out the post race interview he gave after his lackluster performance in the track and field world championships 1,500. he just sounds like such a baby. reply |
#5 | Rod Dixon was no slouch for range either reply |
#4 | HOw about Said Aouita? reply |
#3 | Alan Webb is a world-class runner at every distance from 800 to 10,000 meters. There has never been a runner this good over such a wide range of distances in the history of track since Paavo Nurmi in the 1920's!!! Do people really understand how rare that is? This is an incredible achievement!!! reply |
#2 | gabe jennings is my hero reply |
#1 | Great race reply |
