Steeple practice water jump fall

I decided to tape my own steeplechase practice one day to get some footage for a biomechanics research project I was doing on the event. To put it simply, this clip really didn't help me much with my project, per se, as far as giving me a good jump to analyze. But it made it onto AFV and has since given my athletes plenty of reason to laugh at their coach. Do as I say, not as I do... ;-)
