the great thing about the mv relay team i thought was that all four of the runners are actually on the distance training squad, not just kids who all were picked as the all stars of the team.

Well about a fresh Petaluma team..MV was not fresh either...each guy had raced the two previous days, so this was the 3rd day of racing. Bhavik ran a 9:22 and Mike a 9:52 less than 24 hours before.

It would have been nice to see a totally fresh Petaluma team. Thay all ran 1600's and 800 for their 400 guy. Lockert 4:23 after 3200....
