these hills certainly test the runners stamina and strength to the limit. Hope all those hill repeat workouts pay off. Abs need to be strong and good arm movements needed to push body up the incline.Mud makes them even harder but challenging for the athlete.

r u kidding its like a 250-300m steep uphill that is made up of all sand and its halfway into the race...and right b4 it is a 300m gradual uphill...again, in sand
