Great honest interview! Get yourself in some more big races where you you are in over your head and HAVE to run faster and you'll get that 2:13 on the next shot! 2:10 will soon follow!Also don't be afraid to go overseas and run some of those fast and flat courses in perfect conditions for the big bucks! you wanna run fast go with the fast guys!Think like the Kenyans and Ethiopians and you'll be running with them! congratulations on your race!
