u guys are goin to be amazed when trevor dunbar and solomon haile destroy everyone at pre nats and nats next year cuz they both have run in the 14's for 5k and solomon ran 12:06 at vcp 2.5 so watch out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Unfortunately I don't see Fernandez ever moving up to the 10k anytime soon. I think he's sticking with the 1500/5000. Of course we may be able to see quite a battle next year during cross country.

The one with the faster mile should not be determined as superior. I honestly think Puskedra has more potential in longer distances such as the 10k and he's definitely showing it. Sure German is more versatile but I'd like to see you run sub-29 minutes in the 10k as a college freshman. Don't criticize if you can't back up any of your words.

i ran with german in high school and the reason he didnt run at arcadia invt. vs puskedra his senior year was because of his achilles. German bounced back and took state in the mile and two state, set the record for the national 2 mile! Im sure german is going to get back at it like always, plus hes just a freshmen, i cant wait to see him in indoors!! atta boy germs!!!
