We've been patient (and are still "trying"), but this is taking A LONG TIME. Maybe a "test" beforehand might have been wise. I hope this thing is up on Wednesday morning. At least it is workout Wednesday.

I wonder how many Hits flotrack has gotten in the last two days with everyone checking it 30 times a day to see the new layout

Why don't we let them get this one up online before you make a whole bunch of suggestions. How do you know they haven't already thought about all of these things. They have been working on this layout for 8 months.

also i was thinking about in the logs, have a weather option that you type in your zip code and it can show you the weather of that day...if there is such a thing.
then if you are looking back you can see why some of your intervals were slower that day.

Or that is retarded cause people could just say they are running 100 mpw and after 10 weeks they get their name on some board for something they didn't do. If you run that kind of mileage then you should be proud of that and not have to brag about it.

hm....frnak92 that would be really tight actually! Also, like a whole group/team whatever they call it for the members that do run that mileage.

how about some sort of mileage club.
for example if you run 1,000 miles you get some recognition by having your name put on some sort of "wall"
that may inspire some to run some more miles.

ya i agree with flotrackrunner it would be pretty interesting to be able to see at least other people's daily mileage

Is there a conduit in which I can upload runs from my Garmin 305? Either directly from the unit or from Motionbased? If not, is this in the works?

The site is amazing now, however, regarding flotrackr...I have a few suggestions if you don't mind. It would be cool to have the option of being able to see others logs like other sites. One example is like logarun you can see their daily notes and a little more than just just seeing how much they ran this week. Other than that this site is amazing.

I agree.. Everyone already takes this site for such granted and you get so much for nothing. The site is not even two years old and look at the progress they have made so far.. Everyone should back off and let them do there thing. I garuntee that they are busting there asses to get it ready

I have posted on letsrun before that if they continued to refuse to update their website and if flotrack ever decided to add a message board that flotrack would become the #1 running website on the internet!!

You guys do a wonderful job and I am glad that you are not satisfied with the status quo unlike the brojos.

Nothing yet it is being switched as we speak. Prob in 4-5 hours we will move it over completely.

its monday afternoon i se no changes and i need to get on my flotrackr, what will i do without my flotrackr

keep thinking small and that's where you'll stay ricardo. People either accept and understand change is often needed, those that refuse to get left behind.

Go to more meets. Do ou realize how many meets they have covered and its only JUNE!!!! I think this change is great.. Yall wait and see how much better the site will be tonite. And keep doing the shirts the way you are. Cause if everyone can buy one then what is the point of showing one off. It should mean something to own a shirt. If the site is making enough money to stay on line and become the 3rd largest running site in the world in less than two years then they are doing something right. Keep it up Flocasts

its a freaking website not a multi billion dollar corporation.

all great companies continue ways to improve things. If one sits around thinking if it ain't broke don't fix it, others will pass you by. Innovation is key to success. Mark should NEVER look to be the same as Letsrun (not saying he is) he should try to be better. You want to see a great example of a company that sat back and felt things were good enough look at the history of KMART.

I just realized the American Milers Club was this past weekend. There are more dates to come. Will you all be covering this event?!

Could you do a video that shows screen grabs of the updated interfaces functionalities? I would love to see where we have the ability to embed videos to other sites. That is a great tool and in my eyes will spread Flotrack to other online communities!

letsrun and flotrack are two very different things. There is so much navigation done on this site that I think its great Mark and the guys are tryin to make it better. If it isnt better, Im sure they will change it back or make it that way. This site is there main focus, they arent gonna do something for the heck of it.

if it ain't broke don't fix it...the site is great, please don't change it. Letsrun hasn't changed in 5 years and more and more people visit the site every day. You want a way to improve the website? Promote, get shirts out there go to more meets.
