Quick question. How did Dorian Ulrey get into the Rome Golden Gala. I know he's good. Most other US fans know he's good. But my bet is the Europeans, including meet directors, don't know who he is. So, how does a kid with a 3:39 pr get into the Rome Golden Gala?
Good for him to make the most of it on such a stage and get a HUGE pr.

german is know-where close to being as talented as dorian. dorian is an amazing athlete and will be a multiple national champion by this time next year..german might be better than dorian at cross..maybe..but defintly not 800-mile-3k

Well after being "uninvited" to the meet in Eugene, he had to scramble to Rome with one day's rest before his race. He was lucky he even had a room! It had nothing to do with Reebok and everything to do with a bed to sleep on, I am sure.
