Not Richardson's fault. Tago was even with the lead on the outside heading into the curve and started slowing severely and went down to the rail, cutting Richardson off. Nothing Richardson could do.
there is blame to go around for the fall. watch the Kentucky runner, he tries to get out of the inside box, by almost turning and running perpendicular to the inside rail. he should be lambasted, as he screwed up a nice and clean race otherwise. hope someone at least informs him that that's no way to race!!
wouldn't you be a bit peeved if you got tripped in a big race you trained hard for and had a shot at?
