yeah, he's definitely lost weight if the face is any indication at all. Hopefully that translates into race fitness.

I think the fall and PCL tear was a sign, haha. Stay away from the steeple. It is undue stress you do not need to be putting on your legs.

you should be.....train hard run slow....still a fan.....if you have them...great...but don't store them in pickle jars
