Great job Amy! She really has a strong and even-keeled mentality. I wonder what she could do in a half marathon with good competition. I say she will be under 30:50 in the 10k within the next year. All of this makes me wonder how much Alberto will be able to turn Webb's career around.

Going under 31 is a good goal but sub 30:30 is well within her reach. Her progress is excellent, Salazar is the coach to get her there. Watch for good things from this woman.

Shalane will be back, as long as she goes back to Cook. He's put the hex on her for leaving him.
