Day 25July 30, 2008 Sorry for the short video but today was a long day. Andrew Carlson and I headed to the airport together at 7 in the morning after getting back from Heusden late on Saturday. I had a lot of fun the last 25 days and I could not of kept up the blog without all your support. It was hard work but well worth it. I learned, experienced new cultures and met a ton of great people. I will try to get a little recap video done here in the next couple days. I am in Austin so I think I will try to get a Leo Manzano workout, so look for that. I will be heading to Osaka and I'm thinking I will try to do something similar if you guys want. Tell me what you liked and didn't and I will try to make Osaka better. I think I am going to sleep for a couple days. I will talk to ya'll soon.

Thanks for bringing back the good days. Can't wait to see the flocast of the Webb AR on ESPN! Dude, you ROCK.
i dont know if it is your name or your completly stupid comments but i think i am speaking for everyone, STOP BEING AN ASSHOLE you little minion
Flotrack is the best track site I have seen. I've been keeping track of your adventures ever since the start last fall....I would really like to see more workouts, and if possible just to see what some of the athletes go thru on an everyday basis back in the good ole USA. Keep up the good work and can't wait til osaka.
You're providing better coverage of track and field than the American media ever has. As a track fan, I greatly appreciate all the work you have done and I look forward to your coverage of the World Championships. As I recall, there was no televised coverage in the US at the last world championships. I hope that is not the case this year but regardless I'm going to be checking flotrack religiously.
Keep the workouts coming cause it is cool to see what it takes to reach that level instead of just showing the races.
Awesome on everything else!!!
You guys are doing great things for track! Now all you need to do is add Carlson as a commentator (possible "Team Flotrack"? Hah)!
Throw in more athlete features. Maybe follow Mottram around one day in Osaka. You are doing all the right things, more of it would be great.
Ihave been following T&F for fifty years, with attendence at ficve Olympic Games and two World Championships along with many other running events.
I am looking forward to your Oasaka trip.
I surely enjoyed 64 Olmpics in Japan.

WELL ONE COMENT, LOWER YOUR AUDIO WHEN INTERVIEWING OR SPEEKING
I MEAN THE MUSIC, NICE JOB AND I CAN SEE HOW MUCH FUN YOU HAD.
great music)
Don't change a thing!!!
How about a vlog where you talk about the art of interviewing athletes, the blogging process, what hardware and software you use, how you got the idea of this project, what you like most/least about it, and so on. A behind-the-scenes look.
