Leans too far forward? Needs to be more upright? Watch the kenyans..most of them lean forward a lot and they seem to do OK. That's just overthinking the event. I hope malmo sees this vid so he can destroy that comment.

Social aspect? You could not be more wrong... Sara Hall has tried in the 1500, and obviously that is not the event where she can move to the "next level"... so she's trying out the steeple and 5k. She is a very hard worker, best of luck to her...
