It was kind of hard watching him go up and down those steps. How many days after the marathon was this?

I went to Big Bear this weekend for the first time for a long run...really nice place, the giant picture of Ryan on the Church was pretty cool...The fact that Ryan made it out of that town a relatively normal guy is pretty amazing though...The locals are an interesting crowd..I spoke with a park ranger to ask her how far it was around that lake, she said Id never make it cause it was 27 miles around, and their was no way across from where I was, turns out I was less then a mile from a damn with road bridge going over it and it was less then 15 miles around..

camels humps are full of water, so if just hydrated, they should wiggle as they walk...

Great Wall with Ryan Hall

Before I left Beijing I was able to catch up with one last person to explore a little more of China. He was a little sore, but he made it across most of the Great Wall. The views are unbelievable and the toboggan ride back to the bottom was great!
