Jake MorseJake Morse UT Workout - Episode #21June 10, 2009 No Leo Manazno, no Jacob Hernadez. Last year Jake Morse traveled to the NCAA with two National Championships. This year he is the Longhorn ranked #1. Jake has been at UT for 5 years now and has experienced a lot of success, but never left an NCAA with as top dog (runner-up in the '08 Indoor Mile, redshirted Outdoor). Now at his last NCAA and with USAs right around the corner, Morse is ready to make some noise. Follow Jake as he toes the line this evening for the steeplechase prelims in Fayetteville at 8:15pm CST.

My money is on Perry after seeing the prelims. He is a lot smoother over the barriers then Morse. Morse is terrible over the barriers. First he skies them, then he twists and flails his arms about. Not good.
also, i LOVE ANY workout that gets put up here... maybe a throws workout? i'd love to see some 80m US jav guys train.
and he's super cute!!!
They involve only like 2 minutes of total sprinting and 2 hours of nothing. distance workouts are where it's at.

THIS IS GOOD FOR DISTANCE BUT THEN AGAIN ALL THE WORKOUTS HAVE BEEN DISTANCE EXCEPT FOR POLE VAULT.
LOOOK AT HOW MANY SPRINTERS YOU HAVE DONE IN TWO YEARS.
