In his first 4 he established himself as one of the top 5,000m runners in the U.S. making the Olympic Trials final in 2008 and running a personal best of 13:32 during the season as well. King also ran the 1,500m at the '08 Olympic Trials, where he made the semifinal, and ran a personal best of 3:40.6 as well in '08. King is a graduate of Baylor University where he was an All American his senior season. In his first 4 years at ZAP he lowered his PRs in the 5k from 13:56 to 13:32 - in the 3k from 8:12 to 7:55, and in the 1,500m from 3:48 to 3:40. King now resides in Tulsa, OK and is moving toward the 10,000m. |

He found out he was in the prelims 90 minutes beforehand or was it the finals?
That's why choosing your athlete support person is so crucial, you have to trust them. Almost all other athletes who have protested/appealed decisions have done it via there "AS"
He did a great job taking care of it himself, but it should of been doned last night by his coach who left the next day (abandoned). Why would a coach leave his athlete? There's the real problem, his coach.
