Good race by Fleshman. Urgessa did a tactical mistake although to some extent it was good trying to put everyone on the line.

Wow, to be 10 sec off the pace at 3k, and STILL get under the standard is badass. Fleshman's got some really good times to come...she clearly had a lot left in the tank.
