Sorry to say but i think 12:55 is pretty special, not that many people can break 13:00. And Bekele is just amazing ill give you that, his world record 10k splits were 13:09 followed by 13:08 pretty sick.

The only reason people think he is good because of his publicity of being "not afraid of the africans" His p.b over 5k wouldnt even place him in the top 100 fastever 5k performances. In 2004 olympic final bekele ran 12.53 for the second 5k of his 10k race. Mottrams pb for 5k is 12.55. He is a good runner. Just nothing special

bekele would tear him apart anyday. Mottram jokes about eating pizza and getting pissed but when it comes down to the day of the race he wont be so funny. too cocky for my liking
