man 9 flat doesnt seem that far from possible in some Miracle years to come.
I mean we thought sub-10 100m was out of the world impossible and sub-4 mile was even impossibler.. hehe.
but BOTH were accomplished. and tons more people are during it. so i think if someone strives like Usain, it'll occur sometime in the future.
