Dave Scott-ThomasWorkout with Speed RiverOctober 2, 2008 After doing weeks of training off the trails, the Speed River group mixed things up a bit in this session. The workout starts off with 5 x 3 minutes on/ 1 minute off and then shifts to 15 minutes of Parlov 375 meter repeats. With four groups going around the 750 meter loop each group was getting roughly 45 seconds recovery.
