The US olympic marathon trials is a marvelous thing. Everyone gets to take his/her best shot, free from selection committee politics. I love these glimpses at the various preparations. Epic.

This workout was filmed before the the group at Stanford. I was impressed with both groups in the way they collaborate and compromise within each group to write workouts that meet their needs.

I think the transport workout was filmed 4 days before the other workout. Kevin is that correct?

transports guys clearly copied the workout the "not so lonely" guys ran last week... except transports ran slower and shorter.

a much more rational workout than last week. those guys from last week either should be running 2:15 or are training way to hard. or both.

who made this? the interviewer/cameraman is totally better than the normal guy.
