So proud of our California women in this race. It's like a Mount SAC homecoming meet! Bab (Irvine), Blood (Semi Valley), Kielty (Torrance), Kosinski (El Dorado Hills), Saylor (Clovis, now Trabuco Hills), Chetelat (Davis). Two others who aren't officially Cali girls but are so well known at the state's top running events, Mel Lawrence (Reno, NV) and Kari Hardt (Queen Creek, AZ), they are honorary members of this very exclusive club. It ain't over yet. They will go head-to-head two more times this month!

This is the race they will be talking about for years. Equivalent to a perfect game in baseball? Maybe a 100pt night on the basketball court?

The Washington Huskies put an exclamation point on the end of the Pac-10 season by finishing one, two, three, four, five ... six, twelve. A perfect ending point wise and a perfect way to grab a team title.

1 Kendra Schaaf

2 Marie Lawrence

3 Christine Babcock

4 Anita Campbell

5 Katie Follett

6 Amanda Miller
