Does it get any better than Shannon? She is the complete package. Her love and dedication for the sport, as well as the LIFE style runners have is something that can only be understood if you are a serious runner. Speaking from her heart, her love for runners and running is refreshing for older runners like me, who remember the Prefontaine days when he burned up the track.

What a sweet girl and what a blazing runner! I sat next to her mom at the Payton Jordan Stanford Invite. She's a kick. You can hear her screaming encouragement for Shannon on the DyeStat video of Jordan Hasay in the same race.
