Amazing race! Fam is definitely going down in the books. With his work ethic there is no doubt in my mind he can't set the American Record in the 10K tonight.

Buen trabajo.

give credit where credit's due, very few guys can front run like fam. i'd call that close to a 13:17 solo effort. i always love the excuse from elite athletes that 'my coach told me not to lead until the end.' give me a break, in running&life;, you never know if this will be your last race, so I say make it worth it!

Fam is the man...those guys would have won in 13:25 without Fam if they were lucky. That is what I like about that guy...pure guts. Hopefully next week will have a Barrios/Fam rematch.
