Mark, you still looked good. It's very impressive that you are working out with world class athletes. Kim, congrats on winning Steamboat 4 mile in Peoria, IL (a sub 20 min performance running by herself). Mark (or someone else from Flotrack), would you visit Peoria, IL next year or sometime within the next few years to do some interviews ? You will have several elite athletes to interview after racing the 4 miles. Plus, you could be by the beer refreshments after all of the runners finish either the 4 mile or 15K race. Flotrack does an awesome job ! I wish that I could be an elite runner to be interviewed on a consecutive basis. I would really enjoy (probably like most serious recreational runners) to provide you interviews and any light humor along the way. Kim, best wishes with the rest of your season.
Mark, If you look at the comment July 23@1:56. I did not write that. Some as- ho-- trying to be funny.I respect your work and what you mean to track&field to even attempt to say a comment like that.Check out my true comments for July 23rd 7:40 a.m.
the second song, played during the actual workout was "under the influence of giants - faces", a terrific band who's entire CD is quite entertaining. check it out.
I might not know you personally but I really want more footage of Kim. It would also help if you where not in the footage without your shirt on! Ticking me off for that:-)
i am a 30:00/14:30 guy and that workout would have been more than a light workout for me. kim should be easily competing for a medal if that was truly a light workout. or maybe she should be competing in shorter stuff. or maybe there is some weird disconnect between her performance and workouts.
Nice workout, but not the greatest pacing, that and the second person is always on the shoulder in lane 2...I like the "edit that last one out for Ray Tracey" line
Man great workout considering all the moving and work you have to put in for flowcast...I used to do that same workout-not easy. Great job once again-thx to all for bringing it to us.
cheers
Awsome work-out.Mark is in pretty decent shape. He needs a little more anaerobic work and he can compete in an 800.Mark your the man!! use the flats next time.
I dont know, maybe it was just me.
