You guys at Flotrack do a great job. No other site on the internet covers running from HS to professional as well as you do. You just set the bar too high for yourselves and now some people are getting picky. Keep it up!

Coach Torpey has a jewel in Quigley. Year in and Year out, LaSalle has some of the finest distance teams on the East Coast, yet he is never mentioned in the upper eschelon of Coaches. He doesn't recruit oversea talent yet he could probably attract. If he were coaching Penn State, he would challenge Wisconsin for Big 10 supremacy. This race by Quigley will propell him to a National Championship. Look for him to break 4:00 in the mile later in the year.

Constructive criticism is good. We are trying to push the envelope and sometimes things dont go as we would like. We need to know what you like and you dont. We are big boys and when you see something you do not like or you think could of been done better let us know, we can take it. We have some exciting things coming up with live multiple camera coverages and I hope it works smoothly but it might not and we need to know how we can improve.
