Deena is Fit.April 11, 2007 Deena Kastor's coach, Terrence Mahon reveals that Deena Kastor might be as fit as she has ever been but he comes short of predicting victory on Monday at the Boston Marathon because the marathon is too unpredictable.

Ian and his Stanford teammate Ryan Hall dominated the US 5k. First Dobson and Hall took the top spots at the NCAA championships in Sacramento. Next, he finished second at the US championships with a time of 13:15.33, which qualified him for Worlds. At Stanford, Ian earned nine All-American honors and finished runner-up twice. Dobson holds the Stanford school record for the steeplechase with a time of 8:32.09. Dobson presently trains in Mammoth Lakes California under Terrence Mahon along side Ryan Hall among others. |
