Hey Jen, That's GREAT! I heard a week ago on TV that the trials wld be televised so when Leona called & said it was on I was thrilled, but missed your race. Hope I get to see more of it! We're so proud of you & hope to see you make it to the Olympic Team. I suppose if you do you will miss the reunion, but that would be worth it. Keep doing well. We're praying for you! :) Cuz April

She is the most exciting collegiate athlete running today. Correction, she is the most exciting American runner today! Love her attitude, lover her spirit, and her guts. I love watching her run and her enthusiasm. It is just a matter of time before she gets the U.S. record. Besides the fact she is a great interview. Can't wait for trials.

check out CSTV.com. they usually have archived footage of anything they have televised. They even have the DI XC championships where Barringer tried to run down Kipyego...and almost succeeded if she had an extra 200-300m perhaps.

She has a wide range of fans 5 of these people are over 80 and the youngest is 3. We came from MN, IL, IA, KS, NC, and FL. CONGRATS Jenny, we love you.
Well for the record there were 29 of us in the stands near the water barrier.

Jenny Barringer Steeple RECORD**

Jenny Barringer ran all alone from the gun and set the collegiate record in the steeple chase at 9:29! In the process she became the second fastest American ever and missed the US record by only a few tenths of a second. She's only a junior.
